Distribution Systems (2 years) covers the essential infrastructure behind your walls — supply piping, waste piping, ductwork, and electrical wiring. Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home?
Yes. Your warranty rights and obligations transfer to each subsequent owner of your home for the remainder of the applicable warranty term. What's NOT covered by the warranty?
