What Is the Lender Referral Program?
The Blueprint Community Homes Lender Referral Program lets mortgage brokers and loan officers refer buyer clients who need a new construction home in Mobile or Baldwin County, Alabama. You refer the client, we build the home, and your borrower comes back to you for the mortgage. You keep the full loan origination.

How does the lender referral program work?
You send us a borrower who needs a new construction home. We handle the build. When the home is complete, your borrower closes the purchase with you as their lender. You keep the full loan origination. We do not have an in-house mortgage operation and we do not steer borrowers to a preferred lender.
What types of loans can my borrower use?
FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans all work. We build homes that meet the requirements for all major loan programs. Down payment assistance is available for qualified buyers, and we help your borrower apply for every program they qualify for.
Do I need to sign a formal agreement?

How long does a typical build take?
We target 60 days from dirt to keys on most builds. Actual timelines range from 60 to 120 days depending on plan complexity, permitting, and weather. Both you and your borrower get real-time tracking updates during construction.
What price range are the homes?
Move-in ready spec homes start under $200K. Build-on-your-lot starts at $170K for the structure (borrower provides the lot). All homes are 3 bed / 2 bath minimum and built to GOLD Fortified standards.
